Celebrating a milestone year, the International Team of Wiki Loves Folklore 2023 proudly announces the winners of the renowned global competition. Drawing an overwhelming response from across the globe, the contest received an impressive 38,027 submissions from 2,200 uploaders representing 140 countries. Following a meticulous judging process, the esteemed jury has now unveiled the exceptional images that have been awarded the top honors in this year's competition. Coinciding with the fifth anniversary of Wiki Loves Folklore and the 20th anniversary of the UNESCO Convention on Cultural Heritage, this edition showcased the richness and diversity of cultural traditions worldwide.
