Review (criteria)	Oppose Good photo, but the scope seems too specific to me. For valued images, there must be a defined scope for the image, and that scope must not be too broad or too narrow. It's very difficult to do it right. -- Lothar Spurzem (talk) 16:54, 24 May 2018 (UTC) @Spurzem: It's a perfectly valid reason to decline—coming up with an appropriate scope is the primary thing the nominator is supposed to do. An nomination must meet all six VI criteria to pass a VI review; this nomination fails criterion #2 ("Is nominated as being the most valuable within a suitably generic scope.". The nominator is welcome to revise the scope, but I can't think of any suitable scope that this image would be the best in.
