This part is the well known because it is the historic building. The rest is the newly built part. The best picture of this building you would probably shoot from the Peace Tower. From street it's not possible to get the complex. On the other hand I wonder if a aerial view is really better because you will not see the historic part so good. Also this one File:Bank of Canada March 2012.jpg shows not all parts. But this problem you have with all buildings. But at that time it reduces the scope to Facade and bell tower etc..
