Commons rank compared to Wikipedia rank

Wikipedia ranks are taken from m:List of Wikipedias which is based on article count, not user count.

"W-C" is the Wikipedia rank minus the Commons rank. If use of a language code at Commons indicates Commons "take-up": Positive values may indicate better-than-expected Commons take-up, based on the Wikipedia rank. Negative values may indicate worse-than-expected Commons takeup.

Also, empty entries in the "W-C" column are worse than negative entries. Blank entries indicate that despite that language Wikipedia having a rank of whatever, not a single person from there edits Commons using their language enabled via the preferences.

Disclaimer: not every user who edits Wikipedia X uses language code X at Commons. Not every user at Commons who uses language code Y edits that Wikipedia Y.

Note this is probably a stupid measurement when the Commons raw number is very low (say less than 10).
