    Reply:
Yes, what you said is right, only the object in the central part is sharp. But the leaf is so small (10 to 12 mm) that , in the previous version, everything else took over it. That's why I decided to crop out the edge, in order to give the right attention to the resilient tiny ivy leaf. What is still blurred behind? Maritime pine inflorescence on a rock resting on the adriatic sea. According to the new image, I believe that your initial evaluation could be reconsidered. Last but not least, let me say that I've appreciated your frank evaluation comment. --Terragio67 17:00, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Too small. For shots of this kind, I expect six megapixels or at least 2000 pixels on the shorter edge of the image. DOF is not the problem here. --Smial 21:09, 29 October 2022 (UTC)

  •  Oppose 1) According to Commons:Quality_images_candidates#Creator "Pictures must have been created by a Wikimedian in order to be eligible for QI status". The file is may scanned by a User, but the scan is just a derivative work of an image that was not created by a Wikimedia. 2) According to Commons:Quality_images_candidates#Resolution "Bitmapped images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF) should normally have at least 2 megapixels". Even it's the scan of a stamp ~1.1MP is below that. --Hangman'sDeath 07:15, 25 October 2022 (UTC)
  •  Support 1) The scan is variety of photos created by a Wikimedian. 2) This postage stamp is little miniature. --Matsievsky 14:13, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Below 2 mp resolution.--Peulle 08:47, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
  •  Support In this case a scan with 600 dpi should be good enough - as described. For a small stamp like this the result is below 2 mp. The description should have a information of the size in millimeters (for example). --XRay 20:54, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
  •  Info I removed the vote by the creator / nominator. You cannot vote for your own images. --Robert Flogaus-Faust 22:03, 27 October 2022 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Per Hangman'sDeath --Mike1979 Russia 08:26, 29 October 2022 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Way too small. 600dpi is not enough. If someone would present a 135 slide scanned with 600dpi it would also be rejected. For reasons. --Smial 21:16, 29 October 2022 (UTC)
