  •  Oppose per Moroder. -- Ikan Kekek 05:51, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support I'm gonna stick with the first impression I had about this cropped image: this is o.k. for QI. It's valuable (placed in the infobox of her article), the lighting is good and it is as sharp as the lens used could catch her. I am officially not entitled to give other people advice on how to photograph, so I say just to myself: the Tamron 70-300 f/4.0-5.6 is not the best lens for sports photography. It's slow, it's unsharp and it becomes worse on a crop sensor. Sports photography is one of the few disciplines in photography where you need some amount of luck and a lot of money to get you the right gear. For good reasons all the photographers on the side lines of a soccer match are using Canon 1Dx's and Nikon D5's together with a 300mm or 400mm f/2.8 telephoto lens and a second body (mostly their own older gear like 1Dx Mk1 or D4) together with 70-200 f/2.8 for covering the penalty area. --Granada 12:02, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support Somewhat soft, but good enough. --Smial 13:19, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support Per Granada --PJDespa 17:49, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support Wie Granada - ich würde das Bild aber noch etwas in den Schatten aufhellen. Auf jeden Fall ausreichend für QI. --Ralf Roletschek 19:59, 7 May 2018 (UTC)

  •  Support QI for me, perhaps not FP. I think we should discuss. -- Spurzem 22:39, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support --Ralf Roletschek 07:20, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support Rather low noise regarding the necessary high ISO setting. Good sharpness, good composition, taken in a good moment. --Smial 16:17, 2 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Too much noise IMO, the background should be smoothened. --Trougnouf 11:51, 3 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Oppose noise: how would it be in German: Sonne nicht lacht - Blende acht? I see (like above) that you like telling other photographers how to take pictures, well here your ISO is too high and your aperture too large. Is it cropped or downsized? --Charlesjsharp 08:09, 6 May 2018 (UTC)
  • It is just cropped, not downsized. And sadly enough there was no bright sunlight shining through the gym's roof that would have allowed me to set the aperture to 8 or even 11 and lower the ISO to 64. Doing so in dark gyms leads to completely black photos. But I'll assume they would become promoted - they are sharp, they have no noise, the white balance is just perfect and nothing to complain about the composition. --Granada 11:53, 6 May 2018 (UTC)
  • btw: Charles' oppose came too late. It was posted more than 48h after Trougnouf's oppose. --Granada 12:59, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support mir persönlich etwas zu dunkel aber das ist Geschmackssache. --Ralf Roletschek 20:05, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support Yes, the background is noisy, but clearly the photographer was there to shoot a fast-moving sport in an indoor arena. The expression overcomes this. Daniel Case 05:30, 8 May 2018 (UTC)
