  • Promotion
  •  Support Good quality. --Seven Pandas 03:29, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
  •  Oppose I do not think this is sharp enough. Sorry --Ermell 07:45, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
  •  Support - The subject - the label - is sharp enough IMO. -- Ikan Kekek 11:57, 1 January 2019 (UTC)

File:Mercedes,_Paris_Motor_Show_2018,_Paris_(1Y7A1342).jpg[edit]

  • Nomination Mercedes-Benz C 300 de at Mondial Paris Motor Show 2018 --MB-one 13:38, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  • Decline
  •  Oppose Too dark, too noisy. Sorry! --Jacek79 14:52, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support I disagree. A bit dark, but that's mostly due to the setting itself. And I don't see any excessive noise. --Granada 15:36, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  •  Oppose. The photo is too dark as a quality picture. Otherwise, I will soon be photographing a black car without a flash in an unlighted garage at night and say: The lighting conditions were not better when I was there. -- Spurzem 11:07, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
  •  Oppose. Crop is too inconsistent to my liking and also too many dark surroundings. --EurovisionNim 09:47, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
    •  Comment The left crop is chosen carefully to include the charging box since the image is showing a PHEV. --MB-one 10:49, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
Total: 1 support (excluding the nominator), 3 oppose → Declined   --Basotxerri 12:58, 4 January 2019 (UTC)

File:20180924_UCI_Road_World_Championships_Innsbruck_Women_Juniors_ITT_Iara_Gillespie_DSC_7607.jpg[edit]

  • Nomination 2018 UCI Road World Championships Innsbruck/Tirol Women Juniors Individual Time Trial. Picture shows: Iara Gillespie (IRL) --Granada 11:48, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  • Promotion
  •  Oppose Artifacts on the left leg, maybe due to too aggressive de-noising. --Jacek79 15:21, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  •  Comment No denoising used at all. Maybe some quite intentionally taken motion blur (it's a sports photo) --Granada 15:31, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  •  Support - Quite good IMO. -- Ikan Kekek 23:58, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
Support OK for me. --Isiwal 08:32, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
  •  Support If I had to complain about something, it is the lack of motion blur. The exposure time of 1/1000 second is too short for my taste. -- Spurzem 11:02, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
  • Yes, I'm 100% with you. :) But this was the individual time trial an I did not want to miss too many shots, so I shot at 1/800 to 1/1000. During the road race I tried it with 1/250, but had a lot of misses - it's tough panning at the right speed when they pass you by in 2m distance at 40-50km/h (and you just can't step back further since then there were the regular spectators standing). --Granada 19:25, 2 January 2019 (UTC)

File:Amthof-Bad-Camberg-JR-G6-6316-2018-09-02.jpg[edit]

  • Nomination Historic "Amthof" at Bad Camberg, Germany. Emblems on the facade. --Johannes Robalotoff 18:29, 30 December 2018 (UTC)
  • Promotion
  •  Support Good quality. --GT1976 20:10, 30 December 2018 (UTC)
  •  Comment Right side it seems leaning in. --Tournasol7 06:47, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  •  Comment} This subject is 350 years old and wooden. It is not completely regularly shaped. --Johannes Robalotoff 11:15, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
  •  Oppose for now - beautiful motif, but I think it's not quite sharp enough for QI. -- Ikan Kekek 06:52, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
Can you tell me exactly what is not sharp on this image? Clearly, the plant in the upper edge is not. But that's not intended, of course. --Johannes Robalotoff 11:15, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
The motif, as I said: The emblems themselves. You disagree, but my vote stands unless you can successfully sharpen them a bit. -- Ikan Kekek 11:57, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
For me the image is sharp. I won't add any additional edge sharpening. I tried out more edge sharpening so that I think I know what you want. It may look appealing at first sight. But only at first sight and if one does not know the original image. For me that's over-sharpening that does rather spoil the picture, not improve it. --Johannes Robalotoff 21:47, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
  •  Support Small size but sharp enough IMO.--Ermell 08:54, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
