One of PDF files in Category:Files with inappropriate PDF format

We have growing number of files in Category:Files with inappropriate PDF format where people upload photographs and drawing as PDF files. Ideally content of those files would get saved in appropriate format and all the uses globally replaced. Than no longer used files could get moved to some "do-not-use" category. Many of the files are used on other projects. Can anybody help? This might be a small fraction of single page PDF files with photographs and drawings. --Jarekt (talk) 15:49, 12 December 2018 (UTC)

@Jarekt: For your info
There are some free oportunities that extract (not convert) Pictures from PDFs: (see de:Benutzer:JoKalliauer/PDF#Windows for details)
(PS. I do not take the request, at least not now.)

@Jarekt: Can you splitt {{BadSVG}} it in {{Convert to SVG}} and {{FakeSVG}}, because some contain Vectordata other contain just PNG/JPEG.
I could do the request.

User:JoKalliauer I did not understand what you would like me to help with. --Jarekt (talk) 13:12, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
@Jarekt: sorry for beeing that unclear. I thought more about it more and created subgroups:
If a file cotains vectordata (like text) it has to be converted to SVG (f.e. Inkscape), if it only contain one raster-grafic then this picture should be extracted to PNG/JPEG(f.e. with PDF Image Extraction Wizard)

Maybe someone can help me clean up Files with inappropriate PDF format (add {{Superseded}} and replace useage of the files)  — Johannes Kalliauer - Talk | Contributions 16:54, 1 January 2019 (UTC)

Thanks to @TilmannR: and all the other who helped to replace the images (also still not all files are fixed)  — Johannes Kalliauer - Talk | Contributions 19:41, 13 January 2019 (UTC)

White SVG

I just uploaded four logos, two of which should display as white.

When opening the white SVGs via the "original file" link, they are rendered white in my browser as intended (see [1] and [2]). But somehow embedding the logos on a wiki or in a gallery (like above), the logos are rendered in black. Is this a bug or is there something I need to consider when creating the SVGs? Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions. Regards, Christoph Braun (talk) 13:34, 26 January 2019 (UTC)

@Christoph Braun: You need to check the files with c:Commons:Commons SVG Checker then you get the errormessage:

@Christoph Braun: which tool did you use? I assumed Adobe Illustrator and optimiced with SVGO? (This assumtion might be wrong?)
