Problems generating an SVG file

I converted File:Climate science opinion2.png to an SVG file with Inkscape 0.92 and 0.92.1 and uploaded it File:Climate science opinion graph 3.svg. It does not render correctly. I had viewed it on Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and IE where it rendered correctly. I have tried fonts sans-sarif, Arial, and Liberation Sans without success. I had previously uploaded a few SVG files without any issues. I also uninstalled Inkscape 0.92 and installed 0.92.1 without any apparent improvement. In fact Liberation Sans seems to be the worst. Any suggestions or should I convert it to a png? I have tried several other things which can be found on my oneDrive here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!Ajzp9H2J5N1LhiMMwC-gQCiIJst- Opinion graph 7.svg uses Liberation Sans. Opinion graph 4.svg was another test. test3.svg is a box around some text. The box fully encloses the text on firefox, chrome, edge, and IE. When using Commons:Commons SVG Checker, the text is wider than the box - the last two letters are outside. Commons SVG Checker did not report any errors. @Jim1138: I suggest to save it as optimized svg and then edit "'Liberation Sans'" to "Liberation Sans" or 'Liberation Sans' the problem is that Inkscape saves it as font-family:'Liberation Sans' instead of font-family:Liberation Sans, most broweser doesn't have a problem with it, but Wiki does. Before uploading you might should check it at http://tools.wmflabs.org/svgcheck/ there you will see a preview how wiki most likely renders it.
