Slow panoramic view down

Request: I recorded this panoramic view of Curitiba, Brazil, but I believe I did it too quickly. I don't know if making it slower will stagger too much, but that is up to you guys. I've uploaded a new version. It would have been better if you took some high quality photos and tagged them with {{MakePanorama}}. The video file is smudged and has not enough fps. It would be possible to calculate intermediate frames and smooth the video but I think the easiest approach ist to extract some good frames and {{MakePanorama}} out of them. --McZusatz (talk) 20:37, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

I know very little about video editing, so I wasn't aware of how much frames it took per second. I do not know how to extract frames to make the panorama either, so if everyone is up to the job it would be great help. --Feen (talk) 20:55, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

I have done another version. Of course my internet connection is very slow (uploading of large files to commons results in errors) you will find it under http://www.file-upload.net/download-4361598/Vista_Curitiba_do_Batel_5x.ogv.html. I have done two things (using OS Windows 7): first deshaked the video a little bit via Virtualdub/Deshaker-plugin and second increased the frame number (5x) via avisynth/mvtools (which is able to produce the necessary inter-frames). Badly muxed videos

Request: bugzilla:41376#c3 has a list of videos where "oggThumb failed to create the thumbnail". Looks like they might have problems similar to File:200908281027-Jack Herrick-Lessons from wikiHow.ogg which was fixed. Could someone check how they can be fixed and if possible do it? --Nemo 19:11, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
