• I don't know whether we understand each other. I don't talk about chromatic aberration but about focus stacking artifacts, that are the result of blurry (and "inflated") elements in the foreground when the focus is in the back. • Just for the record as it was already promoted. It was an improvement but some of the halos due to focus stacking shouldn't be there for FP IMHO. I've nominated images with some halos but it was extreme macro photography. In cases like here I believe that they shouldn't be visible at all. I also believe that some frames where missing inbetween to reach the needed sharpness everywhere. So, I'd recommend you to set the distance between the focus of the frames smaller.
