Only just now did he do so. I totally agree with Colin and the others and I think your opposes should be stricken as you are trying to force an issue on "rules" that don't exist. •  Comment I really like this portrait, but as I argued in the nomination of this photo, the few bits of surface noise on this photo should perhaps be removed for FP.
