- InfoSan Pietro in Perticaia, is a small country church documented since the year 1066 in the municipality of Rignano sull'Arno in the province of Florence, in the Tuscany region. In this year it appears to belong to a certain Rolandino del fu Nero who sold it to his mother Gisla who, in turn, in the same year, donated it to the monastery of San Pier Maggiore in Florence. Together with the church, a series of rooms is also mentioned, including a cloister, where the canons were housed, i.e. a college of priests who lived in common and at the head of which was placed a prior. Even the rectory is mentioned in 1066. The facade of the church is extremely simple, with a stone portal. Above the portal is a pointed archivolt, with a niche inside which was placed a bust of St. Peter the Apostle, patron saint of the church. The perimeter walls are stripped of plaster and have a wall facing in filaretto d'alberese. The roof is supported by four exposed wooden trusses. An element that characterizes the entire building on the outside is the frame on which the gabled roof of the building rests: it is made up of a triple row of terracotta strips arranged in a herringbone pattern, probably from the Renaissance period.
I propose it because I photographed it this morning at dawn with a beautiful and particular light.

- Oppose Beautiful motif, but not sharp or in places unnoisy enough for me, and the shadows look way too blue to me. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:42, 6 September 2023 (UTC)
- I slightly corrected the chromatic aberration.I could have raised the temperature to mitigate the blue, but that would have been unreal. The colors were really as they appear in the photo. Or at least my eyes perceived them that way. (⧼Anna Massini alias PROPOLI87⧽) (talk) 11:12, 6 September 2023 (UTC)
- I see the difference, but even if the colors are accurate, my other remarks stand. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:31, 6 September 2023 (UTC)

- Weak support I agree with Ikan Kekek. The motif is really nice, but I miss the sharpness. - ABAL1412🇻🇳🇸🇺🇷🇺 (talk ☭) 07:51, 6 September 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose The quality of this smartphone pic is not excellent. Bluish hue in the dark areas. Tight crop at the left -- Basile Morin (talk) 02:35, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose As much as I like the composition and the way the atmosphere has been captured - the overprocessed look and washed out details throughout the scene combined with highlight issues and CA (see left side) does not match minimum requirements for a FP imho --Virtual-Pano (talk) 10:13, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
- Support Nice shot against the light. I love the contrast and composition. Not bad for a picture taken with a smartphone. ;-) --Ephramac (talk) 16:27, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose Could be better with some editig. This phone can do good shots. --Mile (talk) 07:45, 8 September 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose - As Virtual-Pano and others commented, the composition is very beautiful but low quality.--Liridon (talk) 08:40, 8 September 2023 (UTC)
