• I would actually argue that a new version was added on 3/28, because it seems be superior to the old version, most of votes were casted before the change and without its acknowledgment. I don't think such edit can be treated as a minor technical adjustment. --Andrei (talk) 22:33, 29 March 2020 (UTC)

• Some asked that the container be removed and most votes were casted after Poco explicitly mentioned he will do the job. So we knew. That kind of edit is fine IMO. It's not like removing a permanent feature. We could ping all voters, but I don't think this would change the fate of this nom. For the record. I announced that I'd clone out the container and also gave here an update after doing so. For this kind of edit I've never been asked to inform everybody. It was an obvious improvement removing something that usually is not there. Poco a poco (talk) 09:42, 30 March 2020 (UTC)
