- Comment I think the file name/description is not quite spot on; this doesn't actually show the ceremony, it just shows one guard. It would also be nice to know specifically what kind of guard it is.--Peulle (talk) 07:14, 28 June 2018 (UTC)
- Comment Peulle, I would oppose changing the filename. If you look at Category:2018 in Quebec City (currently) you see the full set of images taken during the Changing the Guard ceremony. It is too much to expect individual images at an event to contain the specifics in the filename, and then you lose the ability to see the set together in a list, and know the order they were taken. The description could be more specific, but the categories Category:Ceremonial Guard and Category:Royal 22e Régiment do actually say what kind of guard this is. The claim "doesn't actually show the ceremony" is false -- this is a scene from the ceremony where the framing is on one guard. I think it would be helpful if there was a specific category for the Canadian Changing of the Guard ceremony, and then that category put in Category:Events in Quebec City, rather than individual images. -- Colin (talk) 10:32, 28 June 2018 (UTC)

- Oppose A great shot of the guard (love that stubble!) undone by a distracting background. Daniel Case (talk) 21:17, 29 June 2018 (UTC)
- @Daniel Case: I know that you might prefer a clean blue sky
like a Caribbean beachbackground, however, the main activity of this guard is to protect the Citadelle of Quebec, and it is normal that in the background is part of the construction, an unfocused background with the appropriate use of the depth of field. --The Photographer 10:47, 30 June 2018 (UTC)
