- Info Bensberg City Hall, built from 1962-1969. This notable brutalist (and eo ipso also controversial) annex to a medieval castle was designed by late Gottfried Böhm, a Pritzker Prize winning architect from Cologne. All by me, --Martin Falbisoner (talk) 07:10, 28 June 2021 (UTC)

- Oppose Good quality image, but nothing special for FP nomination. Just modern building, nothing extra. -- Karelj (talk) 19:26, 28 June 2021 (UTC)

- Oppose interesting building, but it's not quite presented in a way that would make me go "WOW". I do like how the direction of light makes the "tower" (stairwell?) look very … 3D. But the tree somewhat disturbs the brutalist experience, and I think I'd like to see more of the building on the right. —13:31, 29 June 2021 (UTC)~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by El Grafo (talk • contribs)
- I withdraw my nomination @El Grafo: Yes, the tree. It was driving me nuts... The problem is - it's there. The whole place is resembling a tiny medieval courtyard and I couldn't point the lens more to the right as there was an ugly flagpole. ;-) --Martin Falbisoner (talk) 14:05, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
- @Martin Falbisoner: Yeah, stupid reality everywhere … ;-) If you ever get the chance for taking another shot of (more or less) just the stairwell under similar light, I'd love to see that! I think it might work well on its own, although I suppose the rising ground in front might turn into a problem … --El Grafo (talk) 15:11, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
