Instead of being a view directly down the nave, this is a view across the transepts, although Amiens Cathedral is so large that you'd be forgiven for thinking it's a view down the nave! -- Diliff (talk) 08:17, 18 May 2015 (UTC)

- Haha, yes indeed. I should have tried to replicate the painting's view while I was there, just for fun. :-) It's the opposite direction of my image. But I can see that actually, not a lot has changed. The biggest changes I can see is the flooring has been updated and the iron gate to the choir wasn't there before.
