@Llez: What's your point? Those delete requests on Shizhao's talk page are just because the Panoramio upload bot, which Shizhao created to import free images from Panoramio, had a bug and accidentally imported a bunch of images from a place without freedom of panorama, and some low-quality images. It was an approved bot trying to archive pictures from Panoramio before the service shut down in November 2016. There's no evidence that Shizhao is acting in bad faith. I believe he/she is contributing in good faith. Also, Shizhao's main language is Chinese; he/she does not speak English well, so please be patient. dllu (t,c) 02:30, 8 February 2017 (UTC)
