Discussion

Are you using imagecopy.py? Are you aware of Commons:Moving to Commons? What type of PD images are you going to transfer? Multichill (talk) 21:12, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, imagecopy.py, and yes, I've seen that essay. First, I want to work with PD-old images, then with PD-self and PD-author Rubin16 (talk) 06:53, 18 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please describe review process for images before moving? --EugeneZelenko (talk) 15:18, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I manually check that there is normal information about source/date/author and transfer image to Commons if everything seems Ok Rubin16 (talk) 17:14, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not entirely sure if all the images you upload contain enough information for {{Pd-old}} / {{Pd-art}}. Please be very careful with this. Multichill (talk) 20:36, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I understand this Rubin16 (talk) 10:46, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like categorization require some refinements (File:KugusvevAN.jpg, File:Golstunskykf.jpg), so I think will be good idea to run bot without flag, as result other Commoners will see files in recent changes/new images. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 15:05, 21 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. If you allow such automatic uploading without flag - I'll do it in this way. Rubin16 (talk) 15:20, 21 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with Eugene, this bot most likely should run unflagged. I have no objections if it's unflagged, but do have concerns if it was run with flag. ++Lar: t/c 20:30, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Call the question, if no one objects I will mark this one as "approved, run unflagged" within a day or two. ++Lar: t/c 17:36, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have no objections Rubin16 (talk) 07:19, 4 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

✓ Done Archiving as "approved, run unflagged" ... please advise of any questions or concerns, and thanks for your work on behalf of the projects. ++Lar: t/c 01:16, 5 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
