Discussion

A previous request was closed with "bot approved, no flag required at this time" in March 2009. At that time edits was 20/month. Now it is expected to be in excess of 3,000/month (bot is still going to perform tasks mentioned in previous request as well, on occasion), which is why I am putting in a second request. Bot have performed test-run for the last 24 hours with no faults. --heb [T C E] 09:01, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I could suggest to update page only when new file(s) found. Or may be doing update less frequently when there are no updates like once an hour.
Page itself contains dates from 1970 what is kinda strange :-)

The bot will now check every 10 minutes, but only update if changes are found. However - I have no idea how frequent that may be to be honest. As for the time, that is because, mediafiles found at the first run, was tagged with the Unix epoch time, so that they are clearly distinguishable from files added later. --heb [T C E] 15:51, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like bot always update a page. For example, this time. There are quite a lot of such changes in history. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 14:44, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Minor fault on my side. It should work as you proposed now :) In kind regards, heb [T C E] 09:47, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Great! Looks fine now. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 14:41, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If there are no any objections, I think bot status should be granted. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 14:42, 3 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
