Some representative examples for historical monuments (100 upload, 20 file already exists, 5 lines CSV without picture)
It's a complicated case because I cross with Wikidata.
In the CSV, references are indicated "PAxxxxxxxx" and "PMxxxxxxxx". I place the template "Mérimée" / "Palissy". I retrieve the Commons category based on this reference on Wikidata.
If the reference not exist, by default, I use the commune and retrieve the Commons category on Wikidata.
For the idea : 38 144 lines, 35 522 with images :
- 24 655 with category of monument ;
- 9 244 with category of commune ;
- 1 623 not enough info, I use the category Category:Photographs uncategorized by other users by Gzen92Bot I do the classification manually.
I can't always use the Creator template (about 3/4). If no match found with Wikidata, I use "firts name last name (birth-death)". By default I use what's in the CSV (example "L. Michau").
For the licence, i don't know too much, I use "Cc-by-sa-4.0", the license on data.gouv.fr is compatible, see this page.

Discussion
- Please use language tags for fields that are not internationalized. Négatif could be internationalized with {{Negative film}}. I think will be reasonable to list all licenses: original and compatible ones. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 16:06, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
