So first of all, I have already used the script on this account. I was under the impression that it wasn't necessary for "simple" uploads. So I apologize for that.
Bot's tasks for which permission is being sought: I want to upload municipality maps from here. In the future I also want to add more recent versions from here. The first set contains ~4000 maps. The script is pretty simple, it gets all unique geometries and turns them in geojson. It then checks whether the file already exists. If not, it uploads. When I'm done uploading, I will connect them with the WikiData items.

Edit type (e.g. Continuous, daily, one time run): One time run (although this will probably be spread over multiple runs to lower the edit rate)
