If the user does not have an email setup, a message would be left on the user's talk page reminding them that they need to have an email address set up to participate in the contest.

Looks like creating proper template was very problematic for time period since request was created, so I think we should approve what we have. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 14:14, 29 September 2014 (UTC)
