Bot's tasks for which permission is being sought: Removing {{DRbox}} from (some) closed DRs. When a DR is closed, there is no need to add the deletion template to the file page, to notify the uploader and/or to add the DR to the daily log. {{DRbox}} can be safely removed in this case. I got this idea when I read Special:PermaLink/416077648#Removal of DRbox when closing DRs, and I think using a bot for this purpose can be a good idea. The list is generated based on this search query, but I've modified the AWB not to remove the template from open discussions (so for example, if there is a closed DR and an open DR on a page where the open DR has the {{DRbox}}, the bot will not remove {{DRbox}}). I conducted 56 test edits, all available here. Thank you.

When DelReqHandler closes DRs without {{DRbox}} there is no empty line between {{Delh}} and the heading, however in the trial edits you add an empty line. Perhaps for uniformity the line should be removed completely.Jonteemil (talk) 23:29, 30 April 2020 (UTC)

Ahmad, I didn't check all of the test edits, did you take into account that {{DRbox}} can be positioned above the {{Delh}} tag? See 1, 2, 3, 4. Suggest testing these examples as well (or skip them intentionally ;). Best, --Achim (talk) 20:21, 4 May 2020 (UTC)

Thanks, Achim. I didn't notice that, but it's done now. I just ran it on Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Kana pink.jpg and Commons:Deletion requests/Image:EnriqueAndersonImbert.jpg with the new settings, and it seems to work fine. Ahmad^talk 21:07, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
