No. The source Category:Photos from Fotopedia should be added to all uploads.

Additional remarks: This site is shutting down in Aug.10th — almost none of it seems to be saved at Archive.ORG, so this could be considered urgent. According to current discussion there are only about 22 000 photos (among 1,5 million) with suitable license and originally uploaded to Fotopedia (i.e., not also available in Flickr, et c.); size-wise is is a smallish batch to upload. Just under 200 images were already manually uploaded from this source (see Category:Photos from Fotopedia).
