Merge with Category:Towns and villages in England

Given that the majority of Towns and villages in England are going to be villages, and that the distinction between a town and a village can be pretty arbitrary, I'd suggest merging the two categories. As Category:Towns and villages in England already has a pretty well developed sub-category structure by county, whilst Category:Villages in England seems to be trying to represent every photograph of a village in a single flat structure, I'd suggest this category should merge into the other. I agree with you, but that means categorizing the 692 images currently it this category first (I don't think we should simply move them to Category:Towns and villages in England, as it should only contain categories). In the meantime, is there a template we could use to warn users not to use this category, but a subcategory of Category:Towns and villages in England instead? --Tryphon (talk) 01:28, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
