Category talk:Unidentified people

Many of these photos could probably be identified by going to the individual Wikipedias on which they were originally uploaded (assuming they were uploaded to Wikipedias instead of to Commons), and checking what else the original uploader was editing at the time -- specifically, for what reason did they upload the image in the first place? In many cases, however, the articles in question may have been deleted, which would require admin access (or, more generically, stewardship). Any volunteers to go have a look?
