Hunger strikes[edit]

Is this category intended to include hunger strikes for political reasons? Or is it explicitly limited to "industrial action or disputes between employers and workforces"? The description says "includes" rather than "is limited to", but I suspect that it should be "is limited to" because of Strike being in Category:Work.
