Sub-category naming[edit]

Should the sub-categories be named as "Taken with Canon Digital IXUS..." or "Taken with Canon IXUS"? The latter is shorter and simpler but it may conflict with the original analog Canon IXUS series cameras. In addition, "Canon Digital IXUS" is the form used in the EXIF data, so it is more logical especially if images are categorized by bots. --Apalsola t • c 16:21, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think that it would be better name the sub-categories as "Taken with Canon Digital IXUS" to avoid any naming conflicts with the original analog Canon IXUS series cameras. I'll make the move requests. If you disagree, please comment. --Apalsola t • c 20:04, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
