question: should this be "people WITH water", OR "people AND water"? (or same, with word order reversed people/water to water/people) i don't think 2 sep cats are needed, but i'm not sure if this is the "best" wording choice or not...

"People and water" would be fine with me but we should carry out that policy on a higher level I think since there are some hundred similar categories which have associative category names contaning "... with ..." or "... and ...".
