Garbage dump a separate category?

I think "garbage dump" or "rubbish tip" should be a separate category. Landfills in the United States are always very large, almost always managed by a government body or by a large private contractor, and are usually contracted to accept urban waste. Furthermore, they are intended to be filled up and covered. Garbage dumps are smaller and much more informal; they may not be managed at all. They can be urban or rural. I have created the category "Garbage dumps" under Waste. Thoughts? Downtowngal (talk) 03:46, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
