This is just the Japanese name for "punctuation marks". It might be worthwhile to have a category on East Asian punctuation but (a) it should use that English name and, (b) if we're using a non-English name, it should be the Chinese one and, (c) even if we were using a Japanese name for the solely Japanese punctuation marks, this isn't the actual name for those. — LlywelynII 10:33, 19 September 2018 (UTC)
