Move proposal to Joseph Stalin

 Oppose Stalin is his surname and that's how he is most often called. His real name, never used and not well known, is Josef Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili, so Joseph Stalin is a not a correct form. And it do not make the category search easier, i find out this category by typing only "Stalin". TCY 13:00, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
