Category talk:Incomplete deletion requests

number of incomplete requests

We have roughly 1400 incomplete deletion requests at the moment. Sigh! --ALE! ¿…? 08:26, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

For some reason, sometimes an incomplete request (once completed) still shows up in the list for me. Any idea why? I refresh/empty cache etc, and the link on the file itself is gone from the categories... I can't figure it out? (example: Image:Fagus-Gropius-2007030601.jpg, but I realise that might be deleted by the time someone gets here... :)) Thanks Deadstar 13:51, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Re: my earlier post - it seems that if the template is saved on the image before the deletion request page is saved, the image ends up on this list. Once an edit has been made to the image after the deletion request page is saved, the image disappears off the list here, even if the edit was a dummy edit. Conclusion: Not all the images/deletion requests listed here are in fact incomplete. Deadstar (msg) 09:27, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

This strikes me as a bug, which should be more concisely described and then reported, preferably by someone who has access to the underlying databases.
