How to categorize images of landscapes along French hiking trails?

During our summer vacation I've taken a few pictures of landscapes on French GR hiking trails. Do I categorise them according to the location (basically, the commune) or according to use in articles on hiking trails, i.e. here? Hi, thanks for your pictures. If possible use both categories. Having your pictures in the commune category will be usefull for people looking for pictures of the commune and using the trail category will be helpfull for people looking for the general look of the trail.
