"Districts of (insert county)"[edit]
Anyone know why this has suddenly come about? As i've just noticed in my area, Merseyside, "districts of Merseyside". However that is completely incorrect, as they are metropolitan boroughs, not districts. So why is the make up of the county being rewritten on here as "districts"?Babydoll9799 (talk) 18:54, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
- Metropolitan boroughs are a type of district, they are in this category (with that name) and are also in Category:Metropolitan boroughs of England, because of this, see w:Metropolitan borough. Crouch, Swale (talk) 19:01, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
