Sense of cat-name[edit]

I already posted my doubts about the name of this category at Category talk:Street signs in Warsaw (City Information System). Here now: the cat-name is City Information System in Warsaw, that makes sense to me. But the same expression (City Information System ) is used to indicate at some of the subcats, that those belong to the new information system for Warsaw (MSI), which is for Non-warsawians not to understand and generally confusing. I believe it to be more clearer to call all subcats, who refer to the new MSI-system (implemented 1996 in Warsaw) as Category:Road signs in Warsaw (from 1996) (or however) instead of actual Category:Road signs in Warsaw (City Information System), same to do with: Category:Street signs in Warsaw (City Information System), Category:Outdoor maps of Warsaw (City Information System), Category:House numbers in Warsaw (City Information System), Category:Fingerposts in Warsaw (City Information System), Category:Information boards in Warsaw (City Information System). What do others think ? --Wistula (talk) 10:47, 9 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

These categories are a result of discussion over there (it was in Polish as it interests Polish speakers most likely). I agree that it might be tricky for non-Warsawians (although similar city information systems are being introduced in other Polish cities continuously), but I think now it is the best solution. City Information System was implemented in Warsaw in 1996/1997, but other standards are not forbidden, so any housekeeper can use their own house number according to their artistic sense also after 1996.
