Page layout[edit]

Everywhere the navigation is at the top, why not now? Antoine.01overleg(Antoine) 21:41, 22 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

As I already said in my edit comment, the category description is the most important information on the page, not some random links to some other categories. This applies to all categories, not just this one. Navboxes are on the bottom also in (most) Wikipedias. Why should Commons be different on this matter? ––Apalsola tc 22:29, 22 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Now does the "Wikidata Infobox" go through the navigation template? Antoine.01overleg(Antoine) 17:27, 23 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Antoine.01: No, it does not. Maybe the page would look a bit better if there was a small spacing between the infobox and the navbox but nevertheless the infobox does not hide any links in the navbox.
Please notice that Commons:Categories#Creating a new category mentions the category description as the second thing (after parent categories) in the order of importance to be included in the category page while navboxes are not mentioned at all. ––Apalsola tc 17:58, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Strange that most people do the navigation at the very top on commons? Antoine.01overleg(Antoine) 21:31, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
