This is a French-language cathedral, but even still, in English the cathedral is named Marie-Reine-du-Monde National Historic Site of Canada. Also, the grammar is incorrect, if Mary, Queen of the World is to be used, it should be "Mary, Queen of the World Cathedral-Basilica" (French is usually cat-black, noun-adjective).
