Two of the three subcats are more properly subcats of that third one (Category:Disulfur and Category:Trisulfur are actually allotropes of sulfur, not sister-cats of Category:Allotropes of sulfur). The word "forms" is vague, whereas "en:allotropes" is well-defined, and "Allotropes of..." seems to be the standard pattern for individual elemental subcats of Category:Allotropy.
