Deutsch: Der Wandsbeker Marktplatz war der traditionelle Marktplatz in Wandsbek. 1962 wurde hier der U-Bahnhof Wandsbek Markt eröffnet. Der Wochenmarkt wurde an die Straße Quarree verlegt. Den Platz säumen die Wandsbeker Marktstraße mit dem Kaufhaus Karstadt, der Einkaufspassage „Wandsbek Quarree“ und zahlreichen Einzelhandelsgeschäfte; die Schloßstraße mit dem Stormarnhaus und weiteren Geschäftsstellen wichtiger Unternehmen. An der Ostseite begrenzt die Christuskirche den Platz.
