Community New Orleans radio station WWOZ, New Orleans, Louisiana, held a parade to mark the 30th anniversary of going on the air.

The parade went through the Faubourg Marigny Triangle and the French Quarter neighborhoods. (It lined up on Elysian Fields Avenue, then went on Decatur Street to Esplanade Avenue, turned into the French Quarter on Royal Street, continued up Royal to Toulouse Street where it turned riverwards to Decatur, and took Decatur back down past the WWOZ studio in the Red Stores Building, then disbanded at the French Market.

The parade included 3 brass bands (the Treme Brass Band, the New Wave Brass Band, and the 2 B Continued Brass Band) with grand marshalls, the "Camel Toe Lady Steppers" parade dance troupe, Mardi Gras Indians, art bicycles, WWOZ staff and programers, and various "second liners" (people who join in to dance and strut with a brass band parade for fun per local tradition).
