Via Tuscolana is a medieval road in Rome. It was built around 8th and 12th century connecting older roads. It started from Porta San Giovanni near via Appia and went to Tuscolo, nowaday Frascati. The current road is for its large part a street of Rome; it starts in Piazza Sulmona, about 300 metres far from Piazza San Giovanni, and once out of Rome becomes a road that passes through Grottaferrata and Frascati and ends in Artena.
