English: The Depot in the National Railway Museum in York is a temporary structure in the South Yard, sited to the east of the Station Hall building, that offers covered portection to items of rolling stock in the otherwise open space of the yard. It is open to visitors, with the space inbetween the track having been properly floored. Unlike in the Station Hall, visitors view the stock in the Depot from ground (track) level.
