Exhibition entitled "The Budapester – 150 years of history on the front page". Through 151 illustrations, the history of Budapest from 1873 to the present day is presented. Art consultant/professional leadership of the project: Tibor Kárpáti and Zsolt Zimmermann. Design: Diána Patkó, Dániel Nagy. "The Budapester" was inspired by the iconic covers of The New Yorker, a weekly American magazine covering public life, politics, literature and economics. Budapest Brand, in cooperation with the Budapest Archives, collected the defining events of the past 150 years for each of the past 150 years, from which the illustrators later worked freely. The first title page depicting the year 1873 is intended to represent the unification of Pest, Buda and Óbuda. A Budapestert a nagy múltú The New Yorker – közélettel, politikával, irodalommal és gazdasággal foglalkozó, hetente megjelenő amerikai magazin – ikonikus, rajzolt címlapjai ihlették. A Budapest Brand a fővárosi Levéltárral együttműködve az elmúlt 150 év mindegyikéhez kigyűjtötte az adott évet meghatározó eseményeket, melyekből később az illusztrátorok szabadon dolgoztak. Az első, 1873-as évet ábrázoló címlap Pest, Buda és Óbuda egyesítését hivatott megjeleníteni.
