The Temple Court Building and Annex at 3-9 Beekman Street between Theater Alley and Nassau Street in the Civic Center neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1881-83 and was designed by Silliman & Farnsworth in a combination of the Queen Anne, neo-Grec and Renaissance Revival styles. The Annex was built in 1889-90 and was designed by James M. Farnsworth. It is one of New York City's oldest tall office buildings, and was designated a NYC landmark in 1998.
