English: The Telescopio InfraRosso del GOrnergrat (TIRGO), the Italian telescope, was a 1.5m Cassegrain telescope optimized for infrared observations until operations were ended in 2005. It was sited on the northern tower of the Kulm Hotel on Gornergrat, near Zermatt, Switzerland.
