English: Altar piece by Kate Bunce (painting) and her sister Myra (copperwork), at St Alban the Martyr, Birmingham, England. The work was donated to the church by the Bunce sisters in memory of other sisters and their parents, in 1919. During lent, the outside panels close over their neighbours. In previous years, a purple curtain then covered the centre panel, but this is no longer in place. The crests on the lower panel, matching those on the 1938 sliver tabernacle, are a later addition. Bunce died on 24 December 1927, so the painted panels are in the public domain.
