"... local pop culture museum, EMP Museum, announced it was bringing the exhibit "Spectacle: The Music Video" to Seattle this month I jumped at the chance for a preview of the exhibit before it's opening celebration this Friday. The exhibit was originally co-organized by the Contemporary Arts Center of Cincinnati and FLUX, and the EMP installation will be the first time it's been seen on the west-coast. The exhibit covers the whole life of the music video, from the french made Scopitone videos of the 60s, the rise of music television in the 80s, to it's current state of online domination. ",
