Southgate Adelaide Cricket Club plays three sides in the Saracens Hertfordshire Cricket League[1], with its home ground at the Walker Cricket Ground, Waterfall Road, Southgate, Enfield, London, England, and supports a Women's XI, a Sunday XI, and a junior section for under-10s to under-17s. Southgate Adelaide was founded in 1870 as the village club, probably for those not encouraged to play in local gentry-class cricket, and was named after Adelaide, the daughter of the founding team's captain.[2]
